What do I do when I first get it?
Place it on your leg, press the button to start your last program, or open the app to choose a preset.

What is the SleepMode Adapter?
It’s a non-motorized add-on that enables fully reclined sessions—sleep, watch, or meditate while Therabot runs.
Do I need SleepMode Adapter to use Therabot?
No. It’s an optional comfort upgrade for fully reclined sessions.
Is SleepMode Adapter included?
It’s included in the Complete Kit, and available separately as an accessory.
