Refund policy

Pre-orders are fully refundable before shipping.

If you pre-order Therabot and change your mind before your order ships, contact us at support@therabot.com. We’ll cancel your pre-order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Therabot’s first production units are scheduled to begin shipping September 15, 2026. If the timeline changes materially before your order ships, we’ll notify you and you may still cancel for a full refund.

After your order ships

Once your Therabot has shipped, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your Therabot must be in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@therabot.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send return instructions, including where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exclusions

Gift cards are non-refundable. Final-sale or special-order terms, if any, will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Therabot pre-orders remain fully refundable before shipping unless a different term is explicitly shown at checkout.

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
