It is a great calf recovery tool

I prefer therabot for legs over the theragun and compression sleeves. However, theragun is better for shoulders, back, neck, etc.

I like the minimal effort required for recovery

Can use passively which isn’t how most theragun options are. Also, theragun for me usually doesn’t feel like a massage rather than blood flow before a workout, I’m a huge fan of foam rolling so this suits my style more.
