Delete your account and data

Use this form to delete your Therabot app account and the data that goes with it. Deleting removes your account, profiles, photos, leg scans, massage sessions and fault reports from our servers.

Fill in the email or phone number you sign in to the app with. We'll reply to confirm before we delete anything, and again when it's done.

You can also do this yourself in the app: Account → Delete account. Or email support@therabot.com.
